Field Operations Specialist

JOB SUMMARY The Field Operations Specialist will be responsible for effectively evaluating and supporting the excellent execution of Round Table systems in order to make Round Table every family's first choice for a wonderful meal together. In order to achieve this goal, the Field Operations Specialist must have a broad knowledge of Round Table product quality, professionalism, and cleanliness standards, practices, systems and procedures in order to consistently and accurately evaluate and improve Round Table Pizza Restaurants. In addition to this, they must be well versed in the technical tasks of these processes and be able to demonstrate how these tasks are done correctly. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  You will be supporting the improvement of Employee Capabilities by: 1. Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of approved Round Table systems and practices, such as use of the Training Systems, Operations Processes & Procedures is mandatory. Specific examples include thorough knowledge of the Operations Manual, Prep Book, and Crew Training, Roles & Responsibilities materials, Restaurant Operating Job Aids and Cleaning Program. 2. Conducting accurate audits, inputs results, and consults with Regional Business Managers and Area Managers in an effective manner. 3. Ensuring Dashboard data (by store and entity) is correctly entered. 4. Conducts systems training to franchisees including OCET, SST, COL, COS, Online ordering, and other customized courses. 5. Supporting the RBM in new store openings and transfers. 6. Communicates clearly in verbal and written work. 7. Possessing great interpersonal skills and handling conflict effectively. 8. Interacts with Franchisees and their management teams professionally, ethically and honestly at all times. * You will be supporting the excellent execution of the essentials needed to improve Guest Loyalty by: 1. Maintaining a high level of ethical behavior by being fair and honest. 2. Maintaining a high level of maturity and professionalism at all times.  You will be supporting and contributing to the Profitability of the business by: 1. Working independently in the field and managing time well. 2. Reporting to the Director of Training and Franchise Business Services. 3. Interacting with the Regional Business Manager team and using their recommendations on setting up visitation calendars.  This position provides professional development for operations professionals. While there is no specific time determined for this assignment, a FOS Auditor may be assigned to another operations position (such as restaurant manager) after 18-36 months to allow for development for another employee.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Education/Experience: Restaurant Manager 1 (level 1) with a Minimum of at least 2 years of manager experience at Round Table. Restaurant Manager 2 (RM2) will be considered if you have competed at least Step 6 of the STEP program. Successfully completed SST & the Manager Training Program. ServSafe Certified. High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent required. Four year college degree preferred. Skills: Analytical skills, including ability to develop financial analyses. Interpersonal and presentation skills. Positive attitude, friendly and upbeat personality. Professionalism in dealing with team members, the public and support staff. Good time management, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Able to engage and inspire a team and to lead, coach and develop others. Able to analyze situations, problem solve, exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions. Able to read, write, and communicate effectively to all levels of employees within the company. Able to perform and understand simple mathematical calculations; P & L knowledge and understanding. Possesses a good working knowledge of computers and software programs including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet access and SLICE. Able to adapt to new technologies including new applications, social media and POS systems. Physical: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to frequently stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and talk and hear. Will occasionally have to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel and lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Other: Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age. Able to travel to any and all Round Table Pizza restaurant locations. Day and Evening hours will be required. Approx. 80% travel weekly. Must have use of a dependable, insured vehicle. This position works out of a home office. You must be able to have a dedicated phone line installed exclusively for RTP business use. (Paid for by RTFC) Benefits and Bonus will be calculated based on the current Corporate Manager plan.
